Chris Hackett, founding director of H.E. Solutions, is a multi-faceted leader in renewable energy. With expertise spanning strategic planning, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and client relations, driving the company's success. Chris is also the Principal Electrician at H.E Solutions and has a hands-on approach to Quality Assurance.
His notable achievements include winning the 2019 Clean Energy Council Design and Installation award for the 638kW Solar installation at Australia Zoo. The following year, his work on Spicers Retreats eco cabins' 56kW solar and 138kWh battery installation earned him a finalist spot.
Chris has delivered megawatts of solar and battery storage systems, shaping sustainable energy landscapes. Next, he envisions scaling renewable solutions, advancing innovation, and catalysing positive environmental impact. Chris's commitment to excellence and forward-thinking approach define his contributions to the renewable energy sector.
As General Manager at H.E. Solutions, Jodie Ingleton is committed to enhancing the company's operations and fostering exceptional customer relationships. With a focus on continuous improvement, Jodie is pivotal in elevating project delivery standards. Notable achievements include overseeing significant projects such as the Bolten Clarke Portfolio, Brisbane Sustainability Agency Resilient Clubs Program, and numerous projects for Ingenia Residential Aged Care. Jodie's expertise extends to managing projects like the 100kW solar installation at St Margaret's Anglican Girls School. Looking ahead, Jodie is poised to continue driving excellence in project management and customer satisfaction while exploring new opportunities for growth and innovation within the renewable energy sector.
As Head of Sales at H.E. Solutions, Chris Roulston is a dynamic leader dedicated to driving growth and fostering sustainability. With a Bachelor of Business and currently completing a Masters of Sustainable Energy, Chris brings a blend of business acumen and renewable energy expertise to the table. As a Clean Energy Council accredited designer, Chris has spearheaded numerous impactful projects, including the first 100kW solar system at St Margaret's Anglican Girls School, 100kW Solar & 121.5kWh BESS QUBE Bulk installation and the 600kW RNA Showgrounds project. His role extends beyond sales, encompassing strategic planning, relationship building, and client management. Chris is passionate about helping clients achieve their sustainability goals, leveraging innovative solutions and strategic partnerships. Chris is poised to continue leading transformative projects and driving sustainable growth in the renewable energy sector.
